Ed. Course for 2 years duration, I , Abul Hossain Biswas, Secretary of Chapra Rural Educational and Welfare Society, undertake and accept the proposal and come forward to establish a P.T.T.I. in the name and style of Chapra Primary Teachers’ Training Institute at Vill- Gokhurapota, P.O. - Charatala, ,P.S. – Chapra , Dist – Nadia, Pin – 741123, (W.B.). As there is no P.T.T.I. within the radius of hundred km. (100km.), this P.T.T.I. will meet up the demand of the intending and disprivileged students of the vast area of mainly Nadia and Murshidabad Districts.
